I recommend you invite your team members as guests (as opposed to members) to circumvent the need to purchase one of Notion's plans. However, do note that under Notion's free plan, you are limited to just 5 guests. Though if you work at a university, you can access the Personal Pro plan for free and this would allow you to invite an unlimited number of guests!
